DESCRIPTION:Registered for the 2017 North County Wilderness Basics Course (WBC) or want to learn more about the WBC?  Join us for a pre-conditioning hike at 9AM on Sunday\, October 2nd.  Text or email RSVP to  Michelle Sorensen at 760-533-6231 or Michelle2tall@gmail.com.  Previous WBC students are welcome to join and share their experience! \nDaley Ranch is a 3\,058 acre biologically unique conservation area in northeast Escondido. We will hike the Boulder Loop Trail which has a 600′ elevation gain\, and will be able to view unique rock formations\, scenic views and take a break at the Old Ranch House.  Bring 1-2 liters of water\, snack\, hiking shoes or boots\, and hiking poles if you use them. \nDirections: Take I-15 to El Norte Pkwy.  Go east 3 miles to La Honda Dr. (Dixon Lake sign)\, turn left. Parking lot is at the end of La Honda Dr. on the left. We will meet at the shade cover.
