SUMMARY:WBC Pre-Conditioning Hike (Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve)
DESCRIPTION:Registered for the 2017 North County Wilderness Basics Course (WBC) or want to learn more about the WBC?  Join us for a pre-conditioning hike at 8:30AM on Sunday\, October 23rd.  Previous WBC students are welcome to join and share their experience!  Text or email RSVP to  Michelle Sorensen at 760-533-6231 or Michelle2tall@gmail.com. \nElfin Forest includes a moderate hike on the Way Up Trail with a stop at the scenic Ridgetop Picnic Area.  This hike is approximately 3 miles.  Bring 1-2 liters of water\, snack\, hiking shoes or boots\, and hiking poles if you use them. \nWe will meet at 8:30AM at the main entrance (approx. mile 6 on Harmony Grove Road) near the Interpretive Center.
