SUMMARY:Elfin Forest Pre-Conditioning Hike (M6C)
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a pre-conditioning hike at Elfin Forest.  We’ll hike the Way Up Trail and connect with the Equine Loop Trail.  We’ll take a break on top of Mount Israel before heading back down the Botanical Trail. \nMeet at 8:15 AM by the Interpretive Center.  (Note: parking lot opens at 8:00 AM)  Wear good hiking shoes – running/tennis shoes ok.  Bring water and snacks.  RSVP required by contacting Dante at jakotw@gmail.com or 408-439-8916.
