NCG Supports Esco Community Advisory Group climate recommendations

Sierra Club NCG members have been very active in the Escondido Community Advisory Group for Environmental and Climate Action (ECAG).  The ECAG has delivered its final recommendations to the Escondido City Council on the Update of the Escondido Climate Action Plan (ECAP).  Please review this letter and offer your own thoughts to the Escondido City Council in advance of its February 10, 2021 workshop on the Final ECAP update.
